Special Recognition
* In December of 2001
the International Real Estate Hall of Fame honored and
selected Freedom of Choice Realty, Inc., for
recognition in the real estate field. The nomination was
for the most unique real estate agency in the State of
Florida. It has become the exclusive and time
honored service organization for all real estate broker
associate and sales associates.
The licensees that are in good standing with the State can
keep their license in the active status while pursuing
other "horizons". The agency is not
directly oriented for consumer service but uniquely is an
assist to the licensees. The agency acts as a guide and
consultant for the associates to support the laws of
Florida and rules and regulation of the DBPR.
When an associate has an opportunity they
first confer
with their broker then are urged to refer the client to a
builder/developer or directed to bring the business to a
full service agency to "help real estate move".
They then lawfully qualify for an negotiated earned
commission. The agency is not in competition for
clients with any other organization or real estate agency,
and deals with them at arms length here in Florida and
other states in the USA.
