1. I have paid all of my own license fees to the State,
and "Fair Share Costs" in this association.
2. I have not been required by the agency to maintain
any specific schedule or attend any mandatory sales meetings
or to devote any floor time or perform office duties.
3. I may work as I see fit, or not work if I choose and
I am not obligated to have any set working hours.
4. I may schedule vacations as I please and be off work
as I see fit.
5. I have not been required to meet any sales quotas or
to participate in any activity outside of the broker's
office, connected with real estate transactions.
6. I received no minimum salary, sick pay, or other
fringe benefits.
7. I am responsible for my own automobile and
transportation expense, including insurance, without
receiving any reimbursement.
8. I have paid all entertainment expenses or other
expenses incidental to the handling of referrals without
receiving any reimbursement.
9. I pay my own income and FICA taxes.

10. I understand the broker will determine and furnish
me with necessary company forms and business cards.
Such forms and literature are not to be revised or
eliminated, or any item added, without the written approval
to the Agency.
11. I agree to abide by the policy and procedures
furnished to me by the agency and that I will conduct myself
in a manner which maintain and further the agency's good
will and reputation.
12. I understand that my association with the agency may
be terminated by either party at any time upon notice given
to the other; but the right to any fees which accrued prior
to said notice shall not be divested by the termination of
this agreement, unless same has been declared forfeited due
to a violation of Chapter 475 F.S., any company policy,
governmental regulation, or subsequent revisions as to
violations.
13. I understand the schedule of commissions to be
earned as described in the company policy book, subsequent
revisions , and reference to this matter as published in the
ADVISOR.
Periodical Publication of the Agency
14. I also agree to conform to and abide by all
laws, rules and regulations, code of ethics that are binding
upon or applicable to all licensed real estate sales people
by any governmental agency, especially as to the contents
of the Florida Real Estate Commission, and or The Department
of Business, and Professional Regulation.
